Charlotte Wilha

Charlotte Ann Reisner Wilha was born September 20, 1943 to Gus and Elizabeth Hooker Reisner in Coleman Texas. She was the second born of five children having three brothers, Teddy and Diane Reisner of San Angelo, Freeman and Charlotte Reisner of Fort Worth, Richard and Sharon Reisner of San Angelo and one sister, Ginger Yochan of Eldorado.

Charlotte was fond of sports and especially basketball which she played in high school. Her favorite hobby’s were her sewing machine making quilts, joining a bowling league, traveling to bowling tournaments and sitting on a river bank fishing.

Earlier in life she was employed at several jobs, the last one was working as a secretary for an electric company. After that, she spent the rest of her time taking care of her children and being a housewife. She was a joyful and compassionate person with many friends and loved good jokes and laughter.

She did many things in life to humorous to mention. She was a Christian who loved Jesus and we know where she is now. She married Wyman Wilha on January 28, 1967, a marriage that lasted 59 years and forever. She is preceded in death by her father and mother, her daughter-in-law Kathy Wilha, brother-in-law Connal Wilha, niece Gail Reisner and nephew Gus Reisner.

She is survived by her husband Wyman Wilha, her children John and Carolyn Wilha of Big Lake, Steve Wilha of San Angelo, Billy Bob and Dawn Wilha of Pottsboro and Dennis and Annonan Wilha of Abilene. Ten grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren.

Graveside services were held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday July 1st in Eldorado Cemetery. After the service a gathering and meal were held in the Fellowship Hall of First Baptist Church of Eldorado.
