With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Jaedon Lee Chavarria, born June 3, 2005, in Alice, Texas. Jaedon passed away on April 21, 2026, in Sonora, Texas, leaving behind a family who loved him deeply and will carry his memory forever.
Jaedon was a son, a brother, a grandson, and a nephew who meant so much to those around him. He had a presence that could be felt through his humor, his caring nature, and the way he supported those he loved. He was known for making others laugh and for always being there when it mattered most. He was deeply loved not only by his family, but by many friends who will continue to carry his memory with them.
He loved being outdoors and found peace and joy in the simple moments outside. Jaedon had recently begun his career in the oil and gas industry, taking pride in the path he was building for himself and his future.
He is survived by his parents, Jay Chavarria and Amanda Garcia, and his stepfather, Tyler Stewart. He also leaves behind his brothers, Riley Chavarria, Noah Chavarria, and Thomas Stewart, and his sisters, Lily Chavarria and Talynn Stewart.
Jaedon is also survived by his grandparents, Ramiro and Yolanda Chavarria, Irma Rodriguez, and Charles and Lydia Stewart, along with many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins who will continue to hold him close in their hearts.
He is preceded in death by Jacinto Rodriguez III.
A viewing will be held at Harper-Welch Funeral Home in Sonora, Texas, on Thursday, April 23, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. On Friday, April 24, 2026, viewing will begin at 10:00 a.m., and a funeral service will begin at 2:00 p.m., also at Harper-Welch Funeral Home in Sonora, Texas.
Though his time with us was far too short, Jaedon’s life will always be remembered through the love of his family and the memories they shared. His presence will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.
