Linda R Robles

With hearts full of love and faith, we announce that Linda Robles was called home to be with the Lord on January 7, 2026, at the age of 74.

Born on February 2, 1951 in Sonora, Texas, Linda Robles lived a life rooted in faith, love, and service to others. Throughout her life, she sought to walk humbly with God and to reflect that faith through kindness, compassion, and quiet strength.

Linda Robles was known for her generous spirit, steadfast faith, and deep love for family & friends. Whether through waiting tables at the Sonora Steakhouse for over 20 years, cooking at the Sutton County Senior Center, or devoting her retirement to nurturing her kids and grandkids, she touched countless lives and offered encouragement to all who crossed her path.

She found joy in cooking, baking, playing Loteria, watching novelas, or going for an evening cruise with her husband, Juan, always giving thanks for God’s blessings. Above all, Linda Robles treasured time spent with loved ones and lived as a faithful example of grace and devotion.

Linda Robles was preceded in death by her parents Esau & Isidora Ramirez, son Armando Robles Jr., sister Maricella Martinez, sister Jane Ramirez and she is lovingly survived by husband Juan Sanchez, daughter Belinda Esquivel (Frank Esquivel), grandchildren Amber Garza (Eduardo Garza), Joshua Esquivel, Sydney Robles, Sabian Robles, Steven Robles, Silas Robles, Brothers Luis Ramirez(Yolanda Ramirez), Esau Ramirez (Adelina Ramirez) and sister Rebecca Martinez along with many other friends and family who rejoice in the promise that this separation is only temporary.

Visitation will be Saturday and Sunday, January 10th and 11th from 10:00 am - 7:00 pm. A public service celebrating Linda Robles’ life and faith will be held on January 12th, 2026 at St. Ann’s Catholic Church at 10am, followed by a burial ceremony at Sonora Cemetery.

While we mourn Linda Robles’ passing, we take comfort in knowing that she now rests in eternal peace, embraced by God’s love, and that we will one day be reunited again.
