Bob was born December 17th, 1948 in Dallas, Texas to Robert Jenkins Jr and Mildred Moore. He served in the United States Marine Corps from 1966-1969.

Bob is survived by wife Elizabeth Jenkins, daughter Deanna Jenkins-Wright, grandchildren Michael & Danielle Jenkins, Roger Wright, Brandi Wright, Casey Wright, Step-children Letha, Crystal, Kimberly, Alan, and many grandchildren.
